As a photographer, I've grown so much over the years — not just in skills, but in discovering my unique style. When I first started over a decade ago, I was constantly experimenting, always trying to capture everything, and while that was a valuable part of my journey, something shifted when I finally found what truly speaks to me.
I’ve learned to embrace the moments that feel real — the candid laughter, the quiet moments, the light that makes everything feel like magic. I’ve realized that it’s not about following trends or trying to please everyone, but about creating images that reflect who I am and the stories I want to tell.
Finding my style has given me the freedom to be more intentional with every shot, to capture love, beauty, and emotion in ways that feel authentic. It’s been such an amazing journey, and I can’t wait to keep evolving and sharing this vision with all of you.
I’m both excited and a little nervous to share some before-and-after photos with you all, but as I’ve said, it’s all part of my journey.
The power of golden hour taught me how much I love happy, magical light!
Families like the West's are always up for adventures and while I love my nature backdrops, I've begun embracing more urban locations, like Downtown Winchester.
More intimate captures help tell the stories of love.
Again, just look at that light. Knowing how much I appreciate those golden tones has allowed me to plan my schdule around it.
And here are some additional examples. What do you notice?
